In consideration <br />of the acceptance of the plat of said BRADLEY SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby <br />consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or <br />provide at their expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdivider waives the right to object to any paving or <br />t�:lavlkg districts for North Road where it abuts the subdivision. <br />.2. Water. Public water service is not available to the subdivision; <br />therefore, the Subdividers.may provide private wells for each restdeadal structure locatea <br />wtdtitt, said subdivision. The Subdividers agree not to protest the creation ,of any water <br />districts within said subdivision, and further agree to connect any and all principal <br />structures to any water main abutting the lot upon which said structure is located within <br />two construction seasons. after completion of said water main. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Mie Subdividers agcy to connect all acv . principal <br />structures in the subdivision' to the public sanitary sewer. system .w filch is available. <br />4.
