r <br />I <br />1 <br />89- 143899 <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />BRADLEY SUBDIVISION <br />The undersigned, ROBERT W. THOMAS and PENELOPE M. THOMAS, husband <br />and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land lying in ' the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NWV4SW %.) of Section 25, Township 11 <br />North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the South Half of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SV�IW%SWV4) <br />of said Section 25; thence easterly on the North line of said <br />South Hitlf (SVz) before described a distance of 653.4 feet; <br />thence saintherly a distance of 100.00 feet parallel to the <br />sectiunr"IMC of me West side of said South Half (S%); thence <br />westerly a distance of 653.4 feet parallel with and 100.00 feet <br />distant from the North, line of said South Half (%6) to the <br />West line of said Section 25; thence northerly along said West <br />line a distance of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning, said <br />tract containing 1.50 acres, more or less, including 0.092.4cre <br />of dedicated road right -of -way along the West side therpoP; <br />7 <br />de,'e to have subdivided as a subdivision the foregoing tract of land which is : located <br />within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Islam; Nebraska, and hereby submit to <br />the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat <br />of such proposed subdivision, to be known as BRADLEY SUBDMSION, designating <br />explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the street, lots, and easements <br />belonging to-,such subdivision, with the street designated by name, lots designated by <br />numbers, and easeniotts by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision <br />y <br />r' <br />
