<br />DEED OF TRUST
<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made and entered into this /off+h day of December,
<br />2018, by and among WAHL FAMILY FARMS, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company,
<br />whose address is 128 Mark Street, Aurora, NE 68818, herein referred to as the "Trustor",
<br />and JOHN C. HAHN, Attorney at Law, whose mailing address is 1248 "0" Street, Suite
<br />800, Lincoln, NE 68508, herein referred to as the "Trustee", and JAMES D. WAHL,
<br />TRUSTEE of the James D. Wahl Trust, whose mailing address is 39 Indian Paintbrush
<br />Road, P.O. Box 322, Centennial, WY 82055, herein referred to as the "Beneficiary".
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys
<br />and assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security
<br />of the Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the
<br />real property more particularly described as:
<br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W% SW%) of Section Four (4),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in
<br />Deed recorded as Document No. 92-104822 and excepting Lot One (1),
<br />Urkoski Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH, all rents, profits, royalties, income and other benefits derived
<br />from said real property; all leases now or hereafter existing or entered into, and all right,
<br />title and interest of Trustor thereunder, all interests, estate or other claims, both in law and
<br />in equity, which Trustor now has or may hereafter acquire in said real property; all
<br />easements, rights-of-way, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereof and
<br />thereto; all oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and water stock; all right, title and
<br />interest of Trustor, now owned or hereafter acquired, in and to any land lying within the
<br />right-of-way of any street or highway adjoining the real property; any and all buildings,
