Article II, Section 2.0 of the Declaration is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />2.0 Description of the Condominium. The condominium is now <br />comprised of seven (7) units which are numbered Unit 2106, Unit 2112, Unit <br />2118, Unit 2120, Unit 2126, Unit 2130, and Unit 2136 on the attached diagram <br />and map and the condominium is hereby reconfigured as shown on such diagram <br />and map attached hereto. The condominium is located entirely in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and the legal description of the real estate included therein is Lot 1, <br />Grand Island Mall Eleventh Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />2. Continuing Affect. Except as specifically amended hereby, all other terms, <br />conditions, and covenants contained in the Declaration of Condominium and Creation of Unit <br />Owners Association for Starwood Centre Condominium Property Regime filed in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 29, 2008, as Instrument No. <br />200801692, shall continue in effect. <br />Dated this '( day of March, 2019. <br />Raymond.'.
