Baack <br />104 N Wheeler Avenue <br />Grand Island NE 68801-6015 <br />AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF STARWOOD CENTRE CONDOMINIUM <br />PROPERTY REGIME <br />THIS AMENDMENT is made this 29 day of / torch , 2019, by the <br />undersigned, being the current owners of all units contained in the condominium identified as <br />STARWOOD CENTRE CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIME, (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Owners") for themselves and for their successors, grantees, and assigns. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, a Declaration of STARWOOD CENTRE CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY <br />REGIME (hereinafter referred to as "Declaration") was filed in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 29, 2008, as Instrument No. 200801692, which <br />Declaration was recorded against the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lots One (1) Grand Island Mall Eleventh Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />WHEREAS, Article XII, Section 12.3 of the Declaration provides that the condominium <br />established by the Declaration may not be amended to increase the number of units or change the <br />boundaries of any unit in the absence of the unanimous consent of the affected unit owners; <br />WHEREAS, there are currently Six (6) units in STARWOOD CENTRE <br />CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIME; <br />WHEREAS, the owners of Unit 2106 and Unit 2118, Starwood Centre Condominium <br />Property Regime, desire to reconfigure the dimensions of their units and also increase the <br />number of units to Seven (7) by creating Unit 2112 by split from Unit 2106; <br />WHEREAS, all of the Owners whose names are affixed hereto consent and agree to this <br />Amendment to Declaration, <br />�j�f-- <br />� <br />/v <br />
