<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made on this 2° day of »€y, 2019. The Trustor
<br />(whether one or more) is BRANDON C. STELK and BAYLEE ANN STELK, husband and
<br />wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, whose address for purposes of notices in respect
<br />to this Deed of Trust is 4300 Wood River Road, Grand Island, NE 68803, and who is sometimes
<br />identified herein as "Borrower". The Trustee is Cathleen H. Allen, Attorney at Law and member
<br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose address is 104 N. Wheeler Avenue, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68801. The Beneficiary is STELK FARMS, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, whose address
<br />for purposes of notification under this Deed of Trust is 12593 FM 901 N., P.O. Box 287, Sadler,
<br />Texas 76264, and who is sometimes identified herein as "Lender".
<br />BORROWER IRREVOCABLY CONVEYS TO TRUSTEE, IN TRUST, WITH
<br />POWER OF SALE, THE FOLLOWING REAL ESTATE:
<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW'/4SW'/4)
<br />of Section Fourteen (14) and the North Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (N'/2NW'/4) of Section Twenty -Three (23),
<br />all in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except a tract of land by
<br />deed recorded in Book 75, Page 187.
<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E'/2SE'/4) and the
<br />North Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(N'/2W'/2SE'/4), all in Section Fifteen (15), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, except Lot One (1), Robert Stelk Subdivision in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, easements,
<br />rights, privileges, and appurtenances located thereon or in anywise pertaining thereto, and the
<br />rents, issues and profits, reversions and remainders thereof, and such personal property that is
<br />attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, including but not limited to heating
<br />and cooling equipment, and together with the homestead or marital interests, if any, which
