Wheeler <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />PREFACE TO DEED OF TRUST <br />(Disclaimer) <br />The undersigned Trustor, being the same Trustor about to execute the Deed of Trust, of which <br />this Preface is a part, in respect to that real estate described as: <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW'/4SW1/4) <br />of Section Fourteen (14) and the North Half of the <br />Northwest Quarter (N'/2NW'/4) of Section Twenty -Three (23), <br />all in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of <br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except a tract of land by <br />deed recorded in Book 75, Page 187. <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E'/2SE'/4) and the <br />North Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter <br />(N'/2W'/2SE`/4), all in Section Fifteen (15), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, except Lot One (1), Robert Stelk Subdivision in Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />hereby acknowledge: <br />1. No part of Trustor's homestead is presently, or in the future will be, situated <br />upon the real estate described in the Deed of Trust. <br />2.
