<br />DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY
<br />IaTOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Linda A. Ahrens, a legal resident of
<br />Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska, do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Gary L. Ahrens
<br />as my attorney in fact ("Agent"). I grant my Agent and any successor Agent general authority to
<br />do all acts that I could do, as provided in and according to the Nebraska Uniform Power of
<br />Attorney, including, but not limited to, the following powers, subject however, to the express
<br />specific limitations provided hereafter, if any, to such powers:
<br />1. To enter upon and take possession of any lands, buildings, tenements or other
<br />structures, or any part or parts thereo that may belong to me or to the possession whereof I may
<br />be entitled;
<br />2. To ask, collect and receive any rents, profits, issues or income of any and all of
<br />such lands, buildings, tenements or other structures, or of any part or parts thereof;
<br />3. To make, execute and deliver any deed, mortgage or lease, whether with or without
<br />covenants and warranties, in respect of any such lands, buildings, tenements or other structure, or
<br />any part or parts thereof, and to manage any such lands; and to manage, repair, alter, rebuild or
<br />reconstruct any buildings, houses or other structures, or any part or parts thereof, that may now or
<br />hereafter be erected 'upon any such lands; and, specifically, to gift or otherwise transfer any and
<br />all interest I have in real estate which is my residence to my spouse for estate planning or other
<br />purposes, even in the event that my spouse is my Agent;
<br />4. To sell at public crprivate sale, exchange or partition, any real property or personal
<br />property, awned by me upon such terms and conditions as my Agent shall deem wise;
<br />5. To demand, sue for, collect, recover and receive all goods, Maims, debts, moneys,
<br />interest and demands whatsoever now due or that may hereafter be due or belong to me (including
<br />the right to institute any action, suit or legal proceedings for the recovery of any land, buildings,
<br />tenements or other structure, or any part or parts thereof, to the possession whereof I may be
<br />entitled), and to make, execute and deliver receipts, releases or other discharges therefore, under
<br />seal, or otherwise;
<br />6. To enter my safe deposit box and remove any of the contents thereof in order to
<br />exercise any authority given by this Power of Attorney,
<br />7. To, withdraw money from any and all of my checking accounts, savings accounts,
<br />mutual funds, and other accounts, and sign my name to checks, withdrawal requests and other
<br />instruments in connection therewith; and further, to delegate to other persons the authority to serve
<br />as signatories on checking accounts, savings accounts, trust accounts or any and all other bank,
<br />investxaent or financial accounts for the purposes of malting deposits or withdrawals therefrom;
<br />and any bank or other institution in which I have a checking, savings or other account may rely on
<br />this Power of Attorney and may honor checks and withdrawal requests drawn on such accounts;
<br />8. To make, execute, endorse, accept and deliver any and all bills of exchange, checks,
<br />drafts, notes and trade acceptances;
<br />9. To pay all sums of money at any time or times that may hereafter be owing by me
<br />upon any bill of exchange, check, draft, note or trade acceptance made, executed, endorsed,
<br />accepted and delivered by me or for me and in my name, by my said Agent;
<br />10. To sell any and all shares of stock, bonds or other securities now or hereafter
<br />belonging to me that may be issued by any association, trust or corporation, whether private or
<br />public, and to make, execute, and deliver an assignment or assignments of any such shares of stock,
<br />bonds or other securities;
