201901439 <br />Water services are installed and available to Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1, Lots 1 and 2 of Block 2, <br />Lots, Lots 1 through 11 of Block 3, Lots 1 through 4 of Block 4 and Lots 1 and 2 of Block 5. <br />The Subdivider shall, at its expense, design, construct and install a public water main in the <br />easement shown on the Development Plan with services for each unit on Lots 3-7 Block 5 in <br />accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and <br />subject to the City's inspection. <br />4. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision, and all <br />new structures requiring service shall be connected to such sanitary sewer supply. Sewer <br />services are installed and available to Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1, Lots 1 and 2 of Block 2, Lots, <br />Lots 1 through 11 of Block 3, Lots 1 through 4 of Block 4 and Lots 1 and 2 of Block 5. The <br />Subdivider shall, at its expense, design, construct and install a public eight (8) inch diameter <br />sanitary sewer in the easement shown on the Development Plan with a single service for each <br />lot for Lots 3-7 Block 5 in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director <br />of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. <br />5. Electrical Service. The Subdivider shall design, construct and install a <br />conduit for a public electrical line as indicated on the Development Plan in accordance with plans <br />and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. <br />6. Storm Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade all lots in the subdivision in <br />conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public <br />right-of-way or to other drainage systems. The drainage plan must be approved by the Director of <br />Public Works. <br />3 <br />
