<br />A parcel of land lying contiguous to and Northeasterly of The Burlington
<br />Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company's 100.0 foot wide right of way, being

<br />Southwesterly 70.71 feet to a point being 100.0 feet Northeasterly, as measured at
<br />right angles from said Main Track centerline at railway chaining station
<br />980+50.0; thence Northwesterly parallel with said Main Track centerline 483.0
<br />feet to a point of curve being 100.0 feet Northeasterly, as measured at right angles
<br />from said Main Track centerline at railway chaining station 985+50.0 (Equation
<br />985+00.0 East 984+83.0 West); thence Northwesterly along a curve concave
<br />South having a radius of 5,829.65 feet a distance of 230.0 feet, more or less, to a
<br />point on the West line of said SE 1/4 distant 100.0 feet Northeasterly, as measured
<br />radially from said Main Track centerline; thence South along said West line to a
<br />point being 50.0 feet northeasterly, as measured radially from said Main Track
<br />centerline; thence Southeasterly along a curve concave South having a radius of
<br />5,779.65 feet a distance of 215 feet, more or less, to a point being 50.0 feet
<br />Northeasterly, as measured at right angles from railway chaining station
<br />985+50.0; thence Southeasterly parallel with said Main Track centerline 2,493.2
<br />feet, more or less to the True Point of Beginning, and containing 5.214 acres,
<br />more or less.
<br />Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways,
<br />easements, rights, privileges and appurtenances located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto,
<br />and the rents, issues and profits, reversions and remainders thereof, and such personal property
<br />that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, including, but not limited to,
<br />heating and cooling equipment; and together with the homestead or marital interests, if any,
<br />which interests are hereby released and waived; all of which, including replacements and
<br />additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real estate secured by the lien of this
<br />Deed of Trust and all of the foregoing (the "Property").
