<br />between Merlin P. Dibbern, trustee of the Merlin P. Dibbern Revocable Trust dated December
<br />24, 2013 and Merlin P. Dibbern, a single person, hereinafter referred to as "Trustor" whose
<br />address is 3220 N. Bluff Center Road, Cairo, Nebraska 68824, and Andrew M. Loudon, Attorney
<br />at Law, hereinafter referred to as "Trustee", who maintains an office at 1248 "0" Street Suite 600,
<br />Lincoln, Nebraska 68508, and the Estate of Doris J. Rolofson and Nathan Rolofson, hereinafter
<br />referred to as "Beneficiary," who maintains an address at 121 7th Street SW, Sioux Center, Iowa
<br />51250-1330.
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
<br />Trustor hereby irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH
<br />POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and
<br />conditions hereinafter set forth, the real property described as follows:

<br />(33), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />An undivided one-half interest in the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Nine
<br />(9), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />An undivided one-half interest in the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Nine
<br />(9), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />South Loup Township, North of the Railroad, Hall County, Nebraska,
