201901172 <br />Lessor and Lessee hereby ratify, approve and confirm all of the terms, conditions <br />and provisions of the Lease and all of the rights, duties, obligations and agreements <br />created thereby or set forth therein, and Lessor and Lessee hereby covenant and agree <br />that nothing set forth in this Memorandum is intended to or does amend, modify or in any <br />way affect any of said terms, conditions and provisions of the Lease, or any of said <br />rights, duties, obligations, and agreements created thereby or set forth therein, and that all <br />of the same shall remain and continue in full force and effect in accordance with the <br />terms thereof. <br />3. <br />Caption headings are inserted herein only as a matter of convenience and <br />reference and in no way serve to define, limit, or describe the scope or intent of, or in any <br />way affect, the Lease or this Memorandum.
