201900927 <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska is quieted in the Petitioner, subject to <br />any debt thereon, which she agrees to hold the Respondent harmless from. <br />5. Judgment is entered in favor of the Respondent against the Petitioner in the <br />sum of $6,227.00, with interest to accrue thereon from the date of the filing of this <br />Decree at 3.25% per annum. The Petitioner is ordered to pay that Judgment at the rate <br />of the $150.00 per month commencing May 1, 2003 and on the 1st day of each month <br />thereafter until the entire judgment plus interest is paid to the Respondent. This <br />judgment is to equalize the property between the parties. <br />6. Neither party is awarded alimony. <br />7. The Court finds that both parties are fit and proper persons to have the care, <br />custody and control of the parties' minor child, but determines that it is in the best <br />interest of the minor child, and that the Petitioner shall have the care, custody and <br />control of Miguil Angel Lopez Lopez, born April 9, 1999, subject to reasonable visitation <br />rights in the Respondent, which shall include alternating weekends from 6:00 p.m. <br />Friday until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, holiday visitation is defined in Wilson v. Wilson, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and every Wednesday <br />evening from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Each summer, the Respondent shall have <br />visitation with the minor child for the first two weeks in June, the first two weeks in July <br />and the first two weeks in August. The parties may vary this schedule by mutual <br />agreement. If the Respondent exercises his summer visitation he shall be entitled to a <br />50% abatement of child support in the month of July and a 25% abatement of child <br />support in the month of August each year. <br />8. Each party is ordered to hold the other harmless from any debt associated <br />with any property received by them pursuant to this Decree. Each party is ordered to <br />sign any documents necessary to transfer property to conform with this Decree. <br />9. Each party is ordered to pay their attorney's fees and their costs associated <br />with this action. <br />10. Each party is ordered to pay 50% of any additional Guardian Ad Litem fees <br />that may be charged associated with the services of the Guardian Ad Litem in this <br />matter. <br />11.
