C S, <br />201900927 <br />IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />LUZ MARIA LOPEZ, <br />Petitioner, <br />vs. <br />MIGUIL ARMANDO LOPEZ, <br />Respondent. <br />Case No. CI02-440 <br />DECREE <br />r <br />MAN <br />LUU J <br />`f':XEN <br />L CLE7v. <br />NOW on this 5th day of March, 2003, this matter comes on for final hearing; the <br />Petitioner is present with her attorney, Earl D. Ahlschwede and the Respondent is <br />present with his attorney, Sam Grimminger; evidence is received, arguments of counsel <br />are heard and the Court being fully advised in the premises, FINDS, ORDERS, <br />ADJUDGES and DECREES as follows: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action. <br />2. The marriage is irretrievably broken and it is hereby dissolved. <br />3. The parties' property stipulation is found not to be unconscionable and is <br />approved and the parties are ordered to abide by its terms and provisions, that is, the <br />Petitioner shall receive all property in her possession, except that property listed on <br />Exhibit 10, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. All <br />the property listed on Exhibit 10, except for the satellite dish is quieted in the <br />Respondent; the Petitioner shall retain the satellite dish, subject to any debt which she <br />is ordered to hold the Respondent harmless from. The Respondent shall have quieted <br />in him all personal property in his possession, plus that property on Exhibit 10 except <br />the satellite dish. The award of property to the Respondent includes the Chevrolet <br />Pickup in his possession, subject to any debt thereon along with any other motor <br />vehicles in his possession and the property in the possession of the Petitioner including <br />motor vehicles that are quieted in her, except as set forth in this section. <br />4. The residence at 716 North Oak Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, legally <br />described as: The South 64 Feet of Lot 1, Block 129, Union Pacific Railroad Addition to <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />
