201807862 <br />9. Subdivision. Units may be combined or divided and incorporated <br />within the boundaries of one or more other units by the filing of a proper <br />Amendment to the Declaration executed by the owners of the units then combined <br />or divided, containing a corresponding adjustment of the allocated interests, <br />without the necessity of further approval from other existing unit owners, thereby <br />increasing or decreasing the number of units, so long as the units so combined or <br />divided shall otherwise remain subject to all other provisions of the Declaration of <br />City Centre Condominiums and any amendments thereof approved in accordance <br />with Section 38 of the Declaration. <br />2. Section 12 of the Declaration is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />12. Use of Units. No unit shall be used other than for residential, <br />commercial business, or office purposes. No immoral, improper, offensive, or <br />unlawful use shall be made of any part of the condominium. All valid laws, <br />zoning ordinances, and regulations of all governmental bodies having jurisdiction <br />over the condominium shall be observed.
