Baack <br />4 , 104 N Wheeler Avenue <br />34-4iGrand Island NE 68801-6015 <br />AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CITY CENTRE CONDOMIUMS <br />a0 <br />THIS AMENDMENT is made this (C_I h day of December, 2018, by the undersigned, <br />being the current owner of all units contained in the condominium identified as CITY CENTRE <br />CONDOMINIUMS, (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") for itself and for its successors, <br />grantees, and assigns. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, a Declaration of CITY CENTRE CONDOMINIUMS (hereinafter referred <br />to as "the Declaration") was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on December 5, 2018, as Instrument No. 201807839, which Declaration was recorded <br />against the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and the Easterly two-thirds (2/3) of Lot Three (3), Block <br />Sixty -Three (63), Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 38 of the Declaration provides that the condominium established by <br />the Declaration may be amended, in writing, by the unit owners of Sixty -Seven Percent (67%) of <br />the units at any time; and <br />WHEREAS, there are currently Four (4) units in CITY CENTRE CONDOMINIUMS; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Grand Island Entrepreneurial Venture, L.L.C., as the owner of all units in <br />CITY CENTRE CONDOMINIUMS, desires to amend the Declaration, <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />1.
