Robert G. Wenzl executed a Last Will and Testament dated December 27, 2004 <br />wherein Reburta R. Wenzl and Heritage Bank were designated as Co -Personal Representatives <br />and Co -Trustees of any trust created thereunder; <br />2. <br />Robert G. Wenzl died on April 25, 2015; <br />3. On September 28, 2015, the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent Robert G. <br />Wenzl was admitted to probate in the Arizona Superior Court Maricopa County at Case No. <br />PB2015-091493 wherein Reburta R. Wenzl and Heritage Bank were appointed as Co -Personal <br />Representatives: <br />4. On October 13, 2015, Proof of Authority of Domiciliary Foreign Co -Personal <br />Representatives was filed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska to initiate ancillary <br />probate proceedings in the State of Nebraska for the Estate of Robert G. Wenzl, deceased; <br />
