14. Exposed antennas or aerials of any kind shall not be used except satellite dishes which shall not exceed eighteen (18) inches in diameter. Such satellite dishes must not be visible from the street which the front of the residence faces and must be attached to the residence. No mercury or sodium vapor lights are allowed on any Lot (lighting installed by an appropriate governmental authority shall be exempted from this lighting restriction). 15. No campers, trailers, motor or mobile homes, boats, recreational vehicles, busses, or trucks (except pickup trucks) shall be parked or stored in front of the residence on any Lot, except for loading and unloading purposes. 16. No fences shall be constructed on any Lot of waste material or any other unsightly material. Privacy fences must not exceed six (6) feet in height. 17. Each Lot owner shall be responsible for implementing and maintaining adequate erosion control measures on the Lot. The adequacy of erosion control measures on a Lot shall be subject to continual review during construction until sod or seeding has been established on the Lot. The Association shall have the right to require any owner of a Lot to maintain silt fences, straw bales, or other additional measures if soil is observed to be eroding onto abutting Lots, or into any road ditch. 18. The Association shall have exclusive right to establish grade and slopes for all Lots and to fix the grade at which any building or other improvement shall be placed or constructed upon any Lot. Once such grades, slopes, and/or contours have been established by the Association, they shall not be changed in connection with the construction of any buildings or other improvement on a Lot without written permission from the Association, but in no event will such Lot be graded or sloped so as to change the flow of surface water or from adjoining Lots. 19. Any solar panels or other supplementary or auxiliary energy saving type of device placed on any residence constructed on any Lot shall be mounted flush with the roof of such residence, and shall not be located along any exterior wall of such residence nor in any yard area of any Lot. Provided, however, that no solar panels or other supplementary or auxiliary energy saving type of device shall be place on any single family residence constructed on any Lot without the prior written approval of the Association. V. RULES AND REGULATIONS To effectuate the intent of these covenants, the Association may establish and publish appropriate rules, regulations and standards, including a map defining common -use areas and allowable land use. A full and correct copy of the rules, regulations and standard currently in effect will be provided to every property owner. The Association may revise and amend such rules, regulations and standards from time to time by sending a copy to the Owner of each Lot at the last address of record. Wherever in these covenants the term "rules and regulations" appears it shall mean the rules and regulations so established and currently in effect at the time of the events to which they apply. 5
