P-Tik)td 3 '2 " (t' our 5 Vr 17 Vi _ L c r7 V7 ins' N c,) TRACT "A" IN SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIRST SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA N) Co \lifter recording return to: City A u : - 'O Box 1968, Grand Island, NE 68802 AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION REEMENT, DEDICATION OF PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, AND GRANT OF TEMPORARY EASEMENT WHEREAS, Little B's Corp., hereinafter referred to as the Subdivider, is the owner of Tract "A" in Summerfield Estates First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the Property; and WHEREAS, Subdivider and City of Grand Island, hereinafter referred to as City, are parties to the Corrected Subdivision Agreement for Summerfield Estates First Subdivision, recorded as Document No. 0200000744 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement; and WHEREAS, Subdivider and City desire to amend the Agreement solely with respect to the Property to provide: i. dedication of additional right -of -way to the public as set for herein, ii. amend the restrictions on ingress to and egress from the Property, iii. grant to City a temporary easement, and iv. compensation to Subdivider in exchange for the dedication of right -of -way, grant of a temporary easement, and the impact of the changes to ingress /egress to and from the Property. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth below, City and Subdivider agree as follows: 1. In addition to the dedication of right of way and easements as set forth and described in the recorded plat of Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska, recorded as Document No. 0200000583 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Subdivider hereby dedicates the real estate described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, to the public for road right of way for the use of the public forever.
