ECK was appointed as Successor Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed <br />on April 5, 2018 as Instrument No. 201802158 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />Lot Thirty One (31), Westroads Estates Fourth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment <br />of the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the <br />Successor Trustee, MATTHEW E.
