the date of the Decree and further that he shall maintain said policy <br />until the equalization payment has been paid in full; <br />b. That the parties specifically agree that no part of the equalization <br />payment shall be dischargeable in bankruptcy and shall be <br />considered in the nature of support. <br />c. As additional security for the payment of said property equalization <br />judgment, the Defendant agrees to grant to the Plaintiff a security <br />interest in all real estate to be awarded to him under the terms of <br />this Decree, subsequent to any prior liens of Farm Credit Services <br />of America. Defendant shall sign a Deed of Trust in favor of Plaintiff <br />and shall cause the same to be recorded with the appropriate <br />Register of Deeds office to perfect said lien. <br />d. As additional further security for the payment of said property <br />equalization payment, the Defendant agrees that he will not <br />purchase any additional real estate until such time as the <br />equalization payment has been paid in full.
