payments of $51,641.07 due on January 15 and July 15 of <br />each year for a period of five (5) years and a balloon payment <br />of $474,331.76 at the end of the five (5) year semi - annual <br />payments. If any payments under this provision are <br />delinquent for more than fifteen (15) days, the full then remaining balance shall <br />be immediately due and payable. <br />Plaintiff does hereby agree that Farm Credit will have a first lien position <br />on the White Farm (NW V4, excepting a Tract of 12 -9 -10, Hall County, Nebraska) <br />along with the Defendant's home and building site (Tract in SE 'A 23 -9 -8, <br />Hamilton County, Nebraska).
