10 <br />the completion of the Child Support obligation. In the event that the Plaintiff or <br />Defendant fails to provide such information or such changes herein, this <br />provision shall be enforceable by the contempt powers of the Court. <br />8. Tax Exemption: Each party will claim one of the children on their income <br />tax. When there is only one remaining minor child available for dependency <br />status, the parties will alternate with the Plaintiff having the first year. The taking <br />of the tax exemption shall be predicated upon the Defendant being current in <br />his child support obligation as of December 31 of the year in which he intends <br />to claim the child for income tax purposes. <br />9. Health Insurance on Plaintiff /Defendant: The parties shall each <br />maintain their own health and accident or comparable insurance coverage <br />forthwith. <br />10. Health, Accident, Dental, and Orthodontia Insurance: The Defendant <br />shall maintain health insurance on the minor children. Health insurance is <br />defined pursuant to Neb. Ct. R. §4- 215(A), as coverage for medical, dental, <br />orthodontic, optometric, substance abuse, and mental health treatment. <br />I l , Unreimbursed Medical, Dental. Orthodontiaâ–º, Oph Imolouic, and <br />Other Health Expenses Incurred on Behalf of the Minor Children: Pursuant <br />to Neb. Ct.
