a <br />be responsible for and pay the first $480.00 deductible per child, per year, the <br />parties shall each split the uncovered expenses incurred on behalf of the minor <br />children with 70% to Defendant and 30% to the Plaintiff. Healthcare costs <br />include coverage for medical, dental, orthodontic, optometric, substance abuse <br />and mental health treatment. <br />Child support shall terminate when the remaining child reaches the age of <br />majority under Nebraska law, marries, dies, becomes emancipated, or upon <br />further order of the Court. All child support shall be payable through the <br />Nebraska Child Support Payment Center, P.O. Box 82600, Lincoln, Nebraska, <br />68501 -2600. <br />6. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §42- 358.02, all delinquent child support <br />payments shall draw interest at the rate specified in Neb. Rev. Stat. §45 -103 in <br />effect on the date of this Order, which is 3.214 %. Such interest shall be <br />computed as simple interest. All child support payments shall become <br />delinquent the day after they are due and owing, except that no obligor whose <br />child support payments are automatically withheld from his paycheck shall be <br />regarded or reported as being delinquent or in arrears if (a) any delinquency or <br />arrearage is solely caused by a disparity between the schedule of the obligor's <br />regular pay dates and the scheduled date the child support is due, (b) the total <br />amount of child support to be withheld from the paychecks of the obligor and <br />201802217 <br />
