Child Support: Commencing on the first day of the first month following <br />entry of this Decree, Defendant shall pay child support to Plaintiff in the amount <br />of $885.00 per month for the support and maintenance of the two (2) minor <br />children of the parties. At such time as one (1) child is eligible for support, <br />Defendant shall pay child support to Plaintiff, the amount of $593.00. <br />In addition to the above support, each party will be responsible for all <br />reasonable and necessary direct expenditures made solely for the children such <br />as clothing and extra- curricular activities and shall be allocated 70% to <br />Defendant and 30% for Plaintiff. The expenditures shall include vehicle <br />insurance for the minor children when they begin driving, clothing, summer <br />camps, extra- curricular activities (not to include car racing or any 4H animal <br />projects), and school activities, along with school lunches. Such expenses are <br />as a result of the joint custody calculation under § 4 -212 of the Nebraska Child <br />Support Guidelines. The parties agree that good cause exists to not require <br />income withholding of the aforereferenced child support payments at the present <br />time due to the fact that the Defendant is self - employed. <br />In accordance with the parties' agreement, Defendant will continue to <br />insure the minor children. The children's healthcare expenses are specifically <br />included in the guideline amount up to $480.00 per year. As such, PIaintiff shall <br />7 <br />201802217 <br />
