it has sufficient basis to determine it has subject matter jurisdiction over this <br />action and personal jurisdiction over both parties. Further, the Court finds both <br />parties have certified in writing that the marriage is irretrievably broken, both <br />parties have certified that they have made every reasonable effort to effect <br />reconciliation, all documents required by the Court and by statute have been <br />filed, and the parties have entered into a written agreement, signed by both <br />parties under oath, resolving all issues presented by the pleadings in their <br />dissolution action. <br />9. The parties were married on the 3rd day of June, in 2000, Davenport, <br />Thayer County, Nebraska. <br />10. The parties are the parents of two (2) children who will be affected by these <br />proceedings, namely, Camden James Humphrey and Marshall John Humphrey <br />(hereinafter the "Minor Children "). <br />11. Neither the Plaintiff nor the Defendant is a party to any other pending <br />action for divorce, separation or dissolution of marriage, either in this State or <br />elsewhere. <br />12. Neither party is a member of the Armed Forces of the United States of <br />America, nor have they been ordered to report for induction therein. <br />13.
