2 <br />201802217 <br />evidence finds as follows, to -wit: <br />II. FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW <br />Based upon the agreement of the parties, the Court has been duly <br />informed in the premises and makes the following findings of fact and <br />conclusions of law: <br />1. Plaintiff was a resident of Hamilton County, Nebraska and Defendant was <br />a resident of Hamilton County, Nebraska at the time that these proceedings were <br />filed. <br />2. Plaintiff and Defendant were residents of the State of Nebraska for at least <br />one (1) year immediately prior to the filing of the Complaint for Dissolution of <br />Marriage, with the intention of making Nebraska their permanent home. <br />3. The Plaintiff and Defendant are current residents of the State of Nebraska. <br />4, The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of this <br />action. <br />5. A Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage was filed on January 5, 2016. <br />6. Defendant entered his Voluntary Appearance January 14, 2016. <br />7. More than 60 days have passed since Defendant was served with <br />Summons, and accordingly the mandatory waiting period prescribed by Neb. <br />Rev. Stat.§ 42 -363 (Reissue 2016) has passed. <br />8. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §42- 361(3)(a)(b) (Reissue 2016) the Court finds <br />
