Prataria Ventures, LLC ( "Declarant ") owns the Prairie Commons Subdivision <br />which is legally described as: <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, and Outlots 1, 2, and 3, Prairie <br />Commons Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />(the "Subdivision "). <br />The Subdivision is as shown on the plat map filed with the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 201705651 and attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A ". <br />B. Declarant, as the owners of all of the Lots and Outlots in the Subdivision, <br />desires to develop the Subdivision into a commercial center containing multiple <br />uses including a hospital, medical offices, a hotel, and other compatible uses and <br />hereby adopts this Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for the Prairie Commons <br />Subdivision ( "Declaration ") to govern the use, enjoyment and design of the <br />Subdivision. <br />C. For the purpose of this Declaration, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 shall be <br />m referred to herein as the "Lots" and the owner of each Lot shall be referred to as a <br />.0 "Lot Owner ". Additionally, Outlots 1, 2, and 3 shall be referred to herein as <br />r) a <br />74 "Outlots ".
