201'707308 <br />legal remedies as are available to the Buyers by reason of such failure including the remedy of <br />specific performance. <br />14. The parties represent and warrant to each other that no broker or agent was in- <br />volved in this transaction. <br />15. This Purchase Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of <br />which shall be regarded as an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same <br />instrument. <br />16. The undersigned Buyers and Seller each warrant that all required parties have <br />executed this Purchase Agreement or have the authority to contract on behalf of the principals <br />involved. <br />17.
