201706687 <br />disease and $2,000,000 each employee for bodily injury by disease. <br />(b) General Liability Insurance. Commercial General Liability insurance covering all <br />operations by or on behalf of the general contractor, which shall include the following <br />minimum limits of liability and coverages: <br />(i) Required Coverages: <br />(A) Premises and Operations; <br />(B) Products and Completed Operations; <br />(C) Contractual Liability, insuring the indemnity obligations <br />assumed by Contractor under the Contract Documents; <br />(D) Broad Form Property Damage (including Completed <br />Operations); <br />(E) Explosion, Collapse, and Underground Hazards; <br />(F) Personal Injury Liability: <br />(1) $2,000,000 each occurrence (for bodily injury and <br />property damage; <br />(2) $3,000,000 for Personal Injury Liability; <br />(3) $5,000,000 aggregate for Products and Completed <br />Operations (which shall be maintained for a three year <br />period following final completion of the work); <br />(4) $5,000,000 general aggregate. <br />(c) Automobile Liability Insurance. Any automobile liability insurance (bodily injury <br />and property damage liability) including coverage for owned, hired, and non -owned <br />automobiles, shall have limits of liability of not less than $1,000,000 combined single <br />limit each accident for bodily injury and property damage combined. The general <br />contractor shall require each of its subcontractors to include in their liability insurance <br />policies coverage for Automobile Contractual Liability. <br />(d) Umbrella /Excess Liability Insurance The general contractor shall also <br />carry umbrella/excess liability insurance in the amount of $5,000,000. <br />ARTICLE VI <br />MAINTENANCE, TAXES AND INSURANCE <br />18 <br />
