WHEREAS, Grantor owns that certain property legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Grantor Parcel"); WHEREAS, Grantee owns that certain property adjacent to the Grantee Parcel and more fully described in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Grantee Parcel"); and WHEREAS, the parties are desirous of establishing certain easements in, to, over, across and through portions of the Grantor Parcel and the Grantee Parcel for the benefit of Grantor and Grantee, their successors and assigns.
