The property described in paragraph 2 of this Notice was sold at tax sale on <br />the 4th day of March 2014 for the taxes for the year 2012 thru 2015. The <br />purchaser at tax sale was Heartland Investors. The total amount of these taxes <br />plus interest to the date of this notice is $10,291.12. Interest continues to <br />accrue at the rate of $3.06 after this date. <br />2. The legal description of the property sold is: <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Twenty -two (22), Schimmer's Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the plat thereof. <br />3. The property is assessed in the name of Tammy L. Lundy. <br />4. You will further take notice that unless you redeem said property by paying <br />all taxes, costs and fees covered by the certificate of tax sale to the Hall <br />County Treasurer within three (3) months from the date of service of this <br />notice upon you, the undersigned will apply for a treasurer's tax deed pursuant <br />to Neb. Rev. Stat. §77 -1801, et seq. Upon issuance of the treasurer's tax deed, <br />your right of redemption will expire. <br />5.
