200008834 <br />extending North, through the Grantor's Real Estate to <br />the Grantee's Real Estate from a point on the South <br />section line of Section Fourteen (14), Township Ten <br />(10) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, which is 1310 feet East of the <br />West section line of said Section Fourteen (14). <br />6. Grantor hereby grants to Grantee an easement over and <br />upon the easement real estate for the purpose of <br />ingress and egress. <br />7. This easement is granted upon the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />a) This easement is permanent and is to run with the <br />land as an appurtenance to Grantee's real estate <br />and a burden upon Grantor's real estate. <br />b) Grantor shall not construct any buildings or other <br />permanent fixtures on the easement real estate and <br />Grantor shall not plant any crops or other plants <br />on the easement real estate. <br />Dated this day of August, 2000. <br />arvin L.
