<br />as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of

<br />Quarter (SW %), a distance of 1,834.5 feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 90 000100" and running northerly,
<br />a distance of 410.0 feet; thence deflecting right

<br />distance of 514.5 feet; thence deflecting right
