THE TRUSTEES shall have the power to construe this contract in accordance and in harmony ; <br />with provisions contained herein and that their constructions shall be final and condusive. <br />36. LAW TRUST is created as a True Trust and does not depend upon statutory <br />laws for its validity; however, the trustees may by their elfectiom upon a majority vote <br />incorporate all or any part of the "Uniform Trustees' Powers Act ", Wyoming Revised Statutes <br />4-8 -101 to-4-8-110 (1977), provided said statute does not violate the common law and <br />• provided farther that' .the statute may only be used in harmony with the common law and as <br />authority tp.prove the common law duties and powers of the herein named trustees. <br />37.
