AT ANY TIME before any expiration of this Trust Organisation contract, the then Trustees, if <br />they so desire and believe that said Trust Organization should not be terminated, may renew <br />this Tnist Organization contract for a like or shorter period. THE PURPORT of this instrument is to convey property to Trustees to constitute a True Trust <br />Organization for the benefit of the Certificate Holders held in fee simple by the Trustees, in <br />trust and in joint tenancy for the duration hereof, and to provide for a sane and economical <br />administration by natural persons acting in a fiduciary capacity, to begin at once and that the <br />Trustees act solely within their constitutional rights as based upon the common law rights and <br />immunities vouchsafed to citizens of the United States of America and defined in Article 1, <br />Section 10 "No State shall ...pass any Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, ...... and, <br />Article IV, Section 2, PROVIDING, that, "Citizens of each state shall be entitled to all <br />privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states; " and Article VI, Section 2, <br />PROVIDING, that "The Constitution of the United States and the laws made in pursuance <br />thereof shall be the supreme law of the land"; and the 14th Amendment thereof, <br />PROVIDING, that "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges <br />or immunities of citizens of the United States. " The administration of this Trust Organization <br />shall be amendable to judicial regulation on occasion arising under the partemalism and <br />protection of the court. Citations applicable and various rulings pertaining to Trust <br />Organizations, common law trusts and constitutional rights of contract and collective bargaining <br />(except co- partnership relationship. which is not applicable) may be found. <br />28. NOTHING HEREIN contained shall be construed as an intent to evade or to contravene any <br />Federal or State Law, nor to delegate to Trustees any special power belonging exclusively to <br />franchises or corporations. <br />29.
