In consideration of the acceptance <br />of the plat of said RAUERT THIRD SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers <br />hereby consent and agree with the.City of Grand Island, Dlebtaska, <br />that they will install or provide.' at their expense the follorlethg <br />improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdivider waives the right to object to any <br />paving or repaving districts of the county road where it abuts the <br />subdivision. <br />2. Water and Sanitary Sewer. Further, the-Subdividers agree <br />not to protest the creation of any sanitary sewer or water main <br />districts within said subdivision. <br />3. Drainage.
