�- <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT 89-100389 <br />RAUERT THIRD SUBDIVISION <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, ELMER C. RAUERT and WANDA M. RAUERT, husband <br />and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers., as owners of a tract <br />of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section <br />Thirty-four. (34), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West <br />of the ith P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly <br />....described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the West line of said Northwest <br />Quarter (NW *) ; said point being three hundred sixty -eight <br />(368.0) feet North of the Southwest corner of said <br />Northwest Quarter (NW}); thence nor therly along and upon. <br />the West line of said Northwest Quarter (NW *) a distance <br />of one hundred seventy -three (173.0) feet; thence <br />deflecting right 900 00' and running east.erly a distance <br />of two. hundred fifty-four (254.0) feet; thence deflecting <br />right 900 00' and running southerly a 'distance at and <br />hundred seventy -three (173.0) feet; thence deflecting <br />right 900 00' and running westerly a distance of two <br />hundred fifty -four (254.0) feet to the point rif <br />beginning, and containing 1.009 acres, more or less, <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described <br />tract of land which.is located outside the corporate limits but <br />within two miles of the City of Grand. Island,.
