That a portion of Lester Street from the western boundary of Lots <br />Two (2) and Thirteen (13) east to the eastern boundary of Lot One (1), Bachman and Lester <br />Subdivision, more particularly described as follows, as shown on the plat dated June 8, 2001, <br />marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be, and hereby is, <br />vacated, provided and conditioned that the City of Grand Island hereby retains an easement on <br />Approved as to Form <br />June 22, 2001 ♦ City ttorney <br />
