t r F 89. 10021 J. Any party may change its address by giving each other party notice of such change in the manner aforesaid. Copies of all notices sent to the Tenant under the Lease shall also be sent to the Trustee on the same date and in the sane manner such notices are sent to the Tenant. 11. Landlord acknowledges that Tenant has granted the Trustee a security interest in all of the Tenant's personal property, whether or not located on the Premises. Except with respect to any lien which is specifically granted by the terms of the Lease, Landlord hereby waives any lien which Landlord may have or acquire on such personal property arising by operation of lay.
