Young, a member of <br />the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor ", pursuant to the <br />power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document No. 99- 108649 in the ca <br />Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and Conseco <br />Finance Servicing Corporation, hereinafter called "Grantee ": <br />WHEREAS, on March 6, 2002, Thomas J. Young, as Successor Trustee, executed a Notice <br />of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Clifford C. Pemberton and Vera M. Pemberton, <br />Trustors, under that certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document No. 99- 108649, in the Mortgage <br />Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain <br />premises described as: <br />The South Ten (10) Feet of Lot One Hundred Twenty -Five (125) and all of Lot One <br />Hundred Twenty Six (126), Hawthorne Place, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting <br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold property to satisfy the <br />obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on March 8, 2001 as Document No. 200101822 of the Miscellaneous records of said <br />County. <br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice <br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska. <br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on May 2, 2001, Grantor caused to be published in THE <br />GRAND ISLAND INDEPENDENT, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, a Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating <br />that the described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified <br />or cashier's check, in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska at <br />RETURN TO: <br />THOMAS J. YOUNG <br />2433 SOUTH 130th CIRCLE <br />OMAHA NE 68144 <br />
