TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that Gary R. Mettenbrink and Roxanne <br />Mettenbrink, husband and wife, Trustors, under a certain Deed of <br />Trust dated June 26, 1998, and recorded July 8, 1998 in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. <br />98- 106701, have breached the terms and conditions of said Deed of <br />Trust. The real estate conveyed in said Deed of Trust is described <br />as follows: <br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1 /2 SW1 /4) of <br />Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11), Range Ten (10) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting <br />therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in <br />Survey recorded as Document No. 77- 001454. <br />Five Points Bank. of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska <br />corporation, the Trustee and Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, <br />has directed the undersigned, as attorneys for the Trustee, to <br />cause this Notice of Default to be filed as required by law. The <br />Trustors under said Deed of Trust have breached the Deed of Trust <br />by failing to make the payment of principal and interest when due <br />on March 15, 2000, under Loan No. 760398. By virtue of Trustors' <br />failure to make the payments when due under the above Note, the <br />Trustee and Beneficiary have declared a default and an acceleration <br />of all of Trustors' obligations under Loan No. 760398, which Note <br />is secured by said Deed of Trust. <br />The real estate described in the Deed of Trust is used in <br />farming operations. The default may be cured within two (2) months <br />of the filing of record of this Notice of Default, and the <br />Promissory Note and Deed of Trust may thereby be reinstated.
