<br />that he is one of the attorneys for Five Points Bank, Beneficiary
<br />under a Deed of Trust dated June 26, 1998, and recorded July 8,
<br />1998, as Document No. 98- 106701 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and that on August 3, 2000, he
<br />mailed a copy of the attached Notice of Default to the following
<br />parties at the address shown by certified mail, return receipt
<br />requested, postage prepaid:
