<br />Ruby H. Opp, Personal Representative of the Estate of HENRY WILLIAM FRANKLIN OPP, Deceased,
<br />pursuant to appointment by the County Court of HALL County, Nebraska, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to
<br />Ruby H. Opp, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section
<br />76 -201):
<br />A tract of land comprising the Northerly Twelve and one -tenth feet (12.10) of the South Half of the North Half
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (S1 /2 N1 /2 SE1 /4), the North Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N1/2
<br />N1 /2 SE1 /4), and the South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S1 /2 NE1 /4) of Section Thirty (30) Township Ten
<br />(10) North, Range Ten (10), West, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly
<br />described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence Northerly along the East line
<br />of said Section Thirty (30), a distance of Two Hundred Fifty Two (252) feet; thence deflecting left 90 degrees
<br />and running Westerly a distance of One Hundred forty-three (143) Feet; thence deflecting left 90 degrees and
<br />running Southerly a distance of Two Hundred fifty -two (252) feet; thence deflecting left 90 degrees and running
<br />Easterly a distance of One Hundred forty-three (143) feet to the place of beginning, the net acreage being
<br />119.899 acres more or less; ALSO
<br />An undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest in that portion of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section thirty (30)
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West, lying South of Interstate 80 and in the Southwest Quarter of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (SWl /4 NE1 /4) and in Lots Three (3) and Four(4), Mainland, in Section Twenty -three
<br />(23) Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West, Hall County Nebraska;
<br />all subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the real estate from said
<br />estate. Grantor covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and authority to convey and release
<br />the same.
