<br />Ruby H. Opp, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section

<br />A tract of land comprising the Northerly Twelve and one -tenth feet (12.10) of the South Half of the North Half
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (S1 /2 NI /2 SE 1/4), the North Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N1 /2
<br />N1 /2 SEl /4), and the South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S1 /2 NE1 /4) of Section Thirty (30) Township Ten
<br />(10) North, Range Ten (10), West, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly
<br />described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence Northerly along the East line
<br />of said Section Thirty (30), a distance of Two Hundred Fifty Two (252) feet; thence deflecting left 90 degrees
<br />and running Westerly a distance of One Hundred forty-three (143) Feet; thence deflecting left 90 degrees and
<br />running Southerly a distance of Two Hundred fifty -two (252) feet; thence deflecting left 90 degrees and running
<br />Easterly a distance of One Hundred forty-three (143) feet to the place of beginning, the net acreage being
<br />119.899 acres more or less; ALSO
<br />An undivided one -fourth (1/4) interest in that portion of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section thirty (30)

<br />all subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the real estate from said
<br />estate. Grantor covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and authority to convey and release
