Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John B. McDermott, attorney for Eric H. Lindquist, <br />Successor Trustee, did at the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said property <br />for sale at public auction, and did sell the same to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., f/k/a Norwest <br />Mortgage, Inc., for the sum of $87,712.46, it being the highest bidder therefor. Wells Fargo Home <br />Mortgage, Inc. has assigned all of its right, title, and interest in and to such bid to Grantee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $87,712.46 so bid and <br />paid as aforesaid, I, Eric H. Lindquist, Successor Trustee, do hereby grant and convey unto said Grantee, its <br />successors and assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of which the said Francisco Miguel and <br />Angelina Domingo DeMiguel, husband and wife, and their successors in interest, were seized or possessed <br />at the time said Deed of Trust was given, or at any time thereafter, in and to the premises sold as aforesaid, <br />to -wit: <br />A certain part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twenty -Six (26), in <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to wit: From a point where the north <br />right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company intersects the east line of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twenty -six (26), in Township Eleven (11), <br />North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., running thence southwesterly along and <br />upon the north right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, for a distance <br />of 450.0 feet to the actual point of beginning, running thence north parallel to the east <br />line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of said Section Twenty -six (26), 225.0 feet, <br />running thence southwesterly parallel to the north right -of -way line of the Union Pacific <br />Railroad Company, for a distance of 225.0 feet, running thence south parallel to the east <br />line of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of said Section Twenty -six (26), 225.0 feet to a <br />point on the North right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, running <br />thence northeasterly along and upon the north right -of -way line of the Union Pacific <br />Railroad Company, a distance of 225.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />To have and to hold said real estate, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to said Grantee, <br />its successors and assigns forever. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 1.2 day of July, 2000. <br />Eric H.
