200005234 shall be subject to the supplemental decree which is attached hereto, marked Appendix A, and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set out. There is no entry in the Nebraska Child Custody Jurisdiction Act Registry of this Court concerning the said minor children. 4. The petitioner shall have as her sole and separate property all personal property now in her possession, including a 1973 Ford Pickup. Petitioner shall have as her separate property the real estate described as follows: The Northerly eighty - three (N83) feet of Lot Four (4), and the Northerly eighty -three (N83) feet of the West Half (W-12) of Lot Three (3), Block Four ( 4) , First Addition to Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to any indebtedness owing thereon. 5. The respondent shall have as his sole and separate property all personal property now in his possession, including a 1974 Chevrolet Nova automobile, subject to any indebtedness owing thereon. 6. The family indebtedness owing to the First National Bank of Schuyler in the approximate sum of $900.00 and the indebtedness owing to Visa shall be paid in equal amounts by the petitioner and the respondent. 7. Respondent shall pay to petitioner, through the Clerk of the District Court of Colfax County, Nebraska, child support in the sum of $150.00 per month, per child commencing on the 2nd day of February, 1982 and continuing with like payments on the 2nd day of each month thereafter until the children attain the age of majority, marry, die, or become emancipated prior to the age of majority. Petitioner, in open court, waived the payment of all.sums of unpaid temporary child support previously ordered herein, and the judgment for temporary support is hereby satisfied. 8. Each party shall pay his or her own costs, except that the respondent is ordered to pay the sum of $250.00 as partial attorney's fees for counsel for the petitioner. non
