<br />2. Affiant hereby discloses that POG, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, executed the Restrictive Covenants on March 21, 2017, but conveyed all of the lots
<br />owned by it within the Subject Property (except Outlot B, Northview First Subdivision, in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska) to N.P. Builders, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited
<br />liability company, prior to the Restrictive Covenants being filed with the office of the Hall
<br />County, Nebraska Register of Deeds.
<br />3. Affiant hereby discloses that the record titleholders of the following described
<br />real estate within the Subject Property did not execute the Restrictive Covenants prior to the
<br />Restrictive Covenants being filed with the office of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of
<br />Deeds:

<br />Hall County, Nebraska; and
