<br />Brandon S. Connick, being first duly sworn, deposes and states as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), Northview Tenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall

<br />1. Affiant is one of the attorneys who drafted that certain Amendment and
<br />Restatement of Northview Subdivisions Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions dated April 17,
<br />2017, which was filed in the Office of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds on April 21,
<br />2017, as Instrument No. 201702574 ( "Restrictive Covenants "), and is indexed against the
<br />following described real estate (collectively, the "Subject Property "):
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block One (1); Lot Two (2), Lot Three (3), Lot Four (4), Lot Five
<br />(5), Lot Six (6), Lot Seven (7), Lot Eight (8), Lot Nine (9), Lot Ten (10), Lot
<br />Eleven (11), Lot Twelve (12), Lot Thirteen (13), Lot Fourteen (14), Lot Fifteen
