and <br />2017027. <br />WHEREAS, the sale was postponed by public declaration to April 14, 2017 at <br />11:00 a.m. on the front steps of the Hall County Courthouse; and <br />WHEREAS, sale was held on April 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. on the front steps of <br />the Hall County Courthouse; and <br />WHEREAS, the Notice of Sale was in substantially the form as provided by the <br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act; and <br />WHEREAS, on the date and at the time and place designated for the postponed <br />sale, the Trustee sold the property at public auction to SA Group Properties, Inc., <br />which was the highest bidder, for the sum of Eight Hundred Eighty -Eight Thousand <br />and no/100 Dollars ($888,000); and <br />WHEREAS, the sale was conducted according to the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act; <br />WHEREAS, the Amended Notice of Default and the Notice of Sale were duly <br />mailed by registered or certified mail with postage prepaid, to the Trustors and all <br />persons who had requested notice according to law or according to the Deed of Trust <br />referenced herein; and <br />WHEREAS, the Trustee has complied with all of the provisions of the Nebraska <br />Trust Deeds Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust herein referenced, as <br />aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by <br />law and by the herein referenced Deed of Trust, do hereby give, grant and convey to <br />said SA Group Properties, Inc. the premises so as aforesaid sold, to -wit: <br />The South Half (S 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section <br />Thirty Three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of <br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2 SW 1 / 4) of Section Twelve <br />(12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />The North Half (N 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section <br />Thirty Three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of <br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, Except a strip of land Seven (7) <br />feet in width adjacent to the present section line county road Thirty -three <br />(33) foot right -of -way line along the North side of the N1/2 NE 1 /4, <br />conveyed to Hall County, Nebraska, to be used for extra road right -of- <br />way, as described in Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 150, Page 390. <br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, irrigation equipment owned by the <br />Trustors and located thereon, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />
